By accessing www.syntrib.com or purchasing services from Syntrib Technology Private Limited ("Syntrib", "we", "our", "us"), you agree to these Terms.
We provide software/IT consulting, product development, and related digital services. Exact scope, timelines, and deliverables are defined in the proposal/SoW/order confirmation.
Payments are due as per invoice/SoW. Access to deliverables may be gated on milestone payments where applicable.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Syntrib retains ownership of its pre-existing IP, frameworks, and reusable components. Client-specific deliverables are handled as per contract/SoW.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntrib is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts having jurisdiction will be as per our registered/operational office location stated in invoices/agreements.
