The club
Dehradun Club Ltd. is one of the oldest clubs in Uttarakhand, with a large and multi-generational membership. Running a club of this size means member records, monthly dues, restaurant and bar billing, events and facility bookings all have to work together — and members expect a modern experience without losing the character of the institution.
What moved to Syntrib
The club brought its membership management, F&B outlets, events and facility bookings onto Syntrib, so the front office, the outlets and the accounts team work from the same member record.
Members use RFID member cards and a prepaid wallet at club outlets, and the club runs its public website on its own domain, dehradunclub.in, powered by Syntrib.
A live launch for members
At the club's 125th anniversary celebration, the platform was launched directly in front of members — demonstrating real-time bookings, digital membership cards and event management in a live club environment.
