Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our policies for service cancellations and refunds.

Syntrib primarily delivers digital services (consulting, software development, support). Refunds depend on the service stage and contractual terms.

Cancellations

  • Project/service cancellation must be requested in writing via email.
  • For milestone-based work, cancellation is effective from the next unpaid milestone.

Refunds

  • Fees for work already completed / time already spent / milestones delivered are non-refundable.
  • If payment was made in error (duplicate payment), we will refund the excess amount after verification.
  • If applicable, eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.
